Many folk in Hastings, Napier or further south in Central Hawke's Bay or Dannevirke are just happy plodding along and doing the same old things every day and spending their lives in the same old places. If you set yourself goals that you really wish to achieve (maybe to travel round the world, take a year’s sabbatical, spend more time with the family or do some volunteer work) it’s so much easier to focus on and get done all those day-to-day tasks in your life or business which you may not enjoy doing, because then, everything you do moves you a step closer to helping you reach your goals. In short, having goals will keep you on track and motivated, to work hard and effectively towards success in both your business and your life.

So start turning your dreams into reality by setting yourself some goals. Success in business or work is for most of us a necessary step to achieving success in life, and not just financially.
